To preserve the beauty and durability of your basin, regular maintenance is essential. Clean it with 100% natural Marseille soap, clear water, and a soft sponge. Beware of thermal shock: no water > 40 °C
To preserve the integrity of the material, never use water with a temperature exceeding 40 °C. Excessive heat can cause thermal shock, which may lead to irreparable surface cracks.

Beton par Nature concrete basins are handmade and customized to order, which makes them ineligible for returns in the event of a change of mind.
